How to Ship Your Flowers
When to Send
- Best practice: Ship your flowers the next business day after your event for the best preservation results.
- Assign the task: For weddings or large events, designate a family member or friend to handle shipping so you can fully enjoy your day.
- Already had your event. Don’t worry—ship your flowers as soon as possible and contact us right away. We can still work with most flowers if they arrive quickly.
What You’ll Need
- A sturdy shipping box large enough for your bouquet
- Packing material (tissue, newspaper, or packing peanuts)
- Packing tape
- One frozen coolant block or two frozen water bottles
Packing Instructions
- Secure the coolant block/bottles to the bottom of the box.
- Add a layer of packing material over the coolant.
- Place your flowers gently inside the box.
- Fill around and above the flowers with packing material so they cannot shift.
- If including boutonnieres or extra blooms, place them in individual zip bags and cushion them separately at the top of the box.
- Clearly mark the outside of the box FRAGILE and THIS SIDE UP.
Include Your Information
Place the following details inside an envelope, sealed in a zip bag, at the top of your box:
- Your name
- Phone number & email
- Return shipping address
- Event type & date
- Order number (from your purchase confirmation)
Shipping Method
- Overnight shipping is strongly recommended for fresh flowers (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express).
- Do not require a signature this may delay delivery.
